THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE You will own the digital pipeline that fuels our next stage of growth, turning high-intent clicks into qualified conversations for our sales team. Key Responsibilities * Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. * Craft concise ad copy and iterate landing pages to raise conversion rates. * Track CPL, CTR, and pipeline value; pause weak ads and scale winners. * Hand off every lead with full ICP details, then analyse close rates for insight. * Report weekly on spend, performance, and new test ideas. What You’ll Bring * 2 – 4 years running B2B demand-gen for industrial, manufacturing, or construction brands. * Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4. * Data-first mindset comfortable explaining results in plain language.
