Lead Generation Executive – Web3/Blockchain

We are a fast-growing blockchain development company based in India, working on global Web3 projects including DeFi, NFT marketplaces, staking platforms, and dApps. We're expanding our sales pipeline and looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to help us grow internationally.

Job Summary

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential blockchain clients via LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and freelancing platforms. Your main role is to build a steady stream of qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lead generation through cold messaging and social media outreach (LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, etc.)
• Identify and connect with potential clients looking for blockchain/web3 development services
• Use freelancing platforms (like Upwork, Freelancer) to bid or find leads
• Send follow-up messages and maintain client relationships until handover to the sales manager
• Maintain lead tracking sheet or CRM and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns

Requirements

• Good command of English (written communication is key)
• Basic understanding of blockchain/web3 terminology (DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, and Twitter outreach strategies
• Prior experience in IT/software lead generation preferred (blockchain experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Web3 projects and trends
• Experience in lead tools like Apollo, Snov.io, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Comfort with Google Sheets, Notion, Trello

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
