Lead Generation Executive (Sales Navigator Expert)

Location: On-site (Punjab Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation & B2B Appointment Scheduler who excels in identifying prospects, booking qualified meetings, and creating compelling outreach content. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, copywriting, and a good understanding of MIS/reporting.
A candidate with strong performance may also be considered for MIS Executive responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify and qualify B2B leads.
  • Schedule appointments and online meetings with potential clients, decision-makers, and business prospects.
  • Create high-quality, persuasive outreach copy for emails, LinkedIn messages, and campaigns.
  • Manage daily lead generation activities, track leads, and ensure strong follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM/MIS tools—lead logs, follow-ups, meetings, outcomes, and reports.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth communication and handover of qualified leads.
  • Research industries, competitors, and target audiences to enhance lead quality.
  • Support marketing campaigns by preparing content, scripts, and outreach templates.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries (if assigned).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for emails, LinkedIn messages, and sales scripts.
  • Good communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and basic MIS/reporting tools (Excel/Sheets).
  • Ability to research, filter, and identify high-quality prospects.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Candidates from Punjab preferred (on-site role).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and outreach automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create reports and dashboards.
  • Prior experience in training, SaaS, or B2B service industries is a plus.
