Lead Generation Executive (Sales Navigator)

We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Expert to manage and optimize our LinkedIn presence for branding, lead generation, and sales outreach. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, profile optimization, and creating result-driven strategies to engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize company and employee LinkedIn profiles for professional branding.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, connect, and engage potential leads.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
• Create and post engaging content (articles, updates, polls) to boost brand visibility.
• Build targeted lists of decision-makers and maintain CRM records.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaigns and connections.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align LinkedIn strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist or in LinkedIn B2B lead generation.
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail campaigns, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of IT sales and B2B marketing strategies.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to achieve monthly lead generation and engagement targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn Analytics and paid ad campaigns.
• Knowledge of personal branding strategies for executives/CEOs.
• Background in IT or digital marketing industries.
