The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads that align with our target market. This is a crucial support role in our sales funnel, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality prospects for the Business Development team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. Use LinkedIn, job portals, and other digital tools to build lead databases. Qualify leads through research and preliminary engagement. Collaborate with the Business Development team to pass on quality leads. Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead details and tracking information. Support outreach campaigns through email marketing and LinkedIn messages. Track and report weekly lead generation metrics and conversion rates. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or market research, preferably in the recruitment or B2B services sector. Strong internet research and data mining skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree preferred.
