Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our team at EchoPeak Solutions in Manipal Udupi. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in lead generation or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate leads.
  • Create and execute targeted campaigns to drive lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation performance metrics.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
