Job Title: Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist Experience Required: 2–3 Years Location: Chennai Porur Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is results-driven, tech-savvy, and well-versed in using automation tools and AI for scaling lead generation and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute B2B lead generation strategies across channels (Email) Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.) Build and segment contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, etc.) to craft compelling email copy and outreach messages Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion) and optimize for performance Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and messaging Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and content Research and identify potential target audiences, decision-makers, and buyer personas Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in lead generation and email marketing Strong understanding of CRM and email automation tools Familiarity with AI tools for content and process automation Experience with LinkedIn outreach and scraping tools is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly organized Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have: Knowledge of tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Hunter.io, or similar Experience with cold email strategies and deliverability best practices Understanding of sales funnels and nurturing sequences To Apply: Send your resume and a short note on your most successful email or lead gen campaign to marketing@alchemyglobal.in.
