The ideal candidate is results-driven, tech-savvy, and well-versed in using automation tools and AI for scaling lead generation and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute B2B lead generation strategies across channels (Email) Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.) Build and segment contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, etc.) to craft compelling email copy and outreach messages Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion) and optimize for performance Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and messaging Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and content Research and identify potential target audiences, decision-makers, and buyer personas Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in lead generation and email marketing Strong understanding of CRM and email automation tools Familiarity with AI tools for content and process automation Experience with LinkedIn outreach and scraping tools is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly organized Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have: Knowledge of tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Hunter.io, or similar Experience with cold email strategies and deliverability best practices Understanding of sales funnels and nurturing sequences To Apply: Send your resume and a short note on your most successful email or lead gen campaign to marketing@alchemyglobal.in. Job Description - Mechanical Design Engineer Should have 2-to-4-year experience as design engineer in Machinery design / CNC Machines, Special Purpose machine for metal cutting, and Industrial Automation. Knowledge of any 3D CAD software and 2D software. Exposure to Autodesk Fusion 360 and for design is a must. knowledge of GD & T and Design checking. Job Tasks: • Concept design and Design calculations for CNC machine, SPM, Automation design. • Design and optimization of mechanical components for CNC Machines, Automation systems & Robots. • Analysis of mechanical systems, including Finite Element analysis for structural, vibration, Dynamic, Contact & Assembly analysis. • Selection and sizing of standard parts like Bearings, Ballscrews, LM Guides, etc • Design Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits for the machine. • Documentation activities (drawings, BOM). • Technical support for fabrication, assembly and testing. • Spare parts technical support and Inputs for Machine Manual writing. • Machine cost estimation. • Engineering design to project specifications. • Engineering project management and drafting management • Continuous learning and improvements based on new technology. • Develops procedures and processes that lead to reliable designs. • Understands and uses the philosophy and tools of lean manufacturing and DFMA. • Follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures for design and development, Document design changes and revisions. Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent problem solving and time management skills • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge • Basic Knowledge of electrical & electronic equipment and hardware • Self-motivated and highly organized • Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and FE analysis • Background in core machine design, CNC machine, SPM design, Robotics preferred • A machine tool design course from IMTMA will be an added advantage. Communication: Effectively communicates information to Higher officials, co-workers, customers and suppliers. Follow good reporting mechanism throughout the projects.

Job Requirement: Sourcing Engineer – Responsibilities: • Plan and manage the company's overall sourcing strategy. • Conduct regular research to understand the company's operational needs and requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key suppliers. • Negotiate pricing and control costs to ensure the best value for the company. • Develop a yearly budget based on sourcing needs. • Execute analyses and provide recommendations for improving the overall sourcing strategy. • Write and maintain sourcing documentation and statements. • Stay informed about industry and market trends and best practices. • Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations. Authorities: • procurement of goods and services. supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management, to optimize costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Sourcing Engineer or similar role. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. • In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and practices. • Familiarity with relevant guidelines and regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing software.
