Job Requirement:

Sourcing Engineer – Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the company's overall sourcing strategy.

• Conduct regular research to understand the company's operational

needs and requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key

suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing and control costs to ensure the best value for the

company.

• Develop a yearly budget based on sourcing needs.

• Execute analyses and provide recommendations for improving the

overall sourcing strategy.

• Write and maintain sourcing documentation and statements.

• Stay informed about industry and market trends and best practices.

• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Authorities:

• procurement of goods and services. supplier selection, negotiation,

and contract management, to optimize costs, quality, and supply

chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering,

Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Engineer or similar role.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and

suppliers.

• In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and

practices.

• Familiarity with relevant guidelines and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing software.
