OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in identifying and qualifying potential leads across a range of sectors. The right candidate is proactive, data-savvy, and capable of building a strong pipeline that directly supports our sales and outreach goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, identify, and compile high-quality leads from educational institutions, corporate entities, and non-profit organizations that align with TechClass's offerings. Develop and maintain a structured lead database with accurate and up-to-date contact and organization information. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, company directories, academic networks, and other lead-generation tools to gather and verify information. Track and report on lead generation metrics, performance, and pipeline activity. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in lead generation. Strong research skills and familiarity with lead sourcing from academic, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online research platforms. High attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently and accurately. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
