Online Technical Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online training sessions and workshops in English on topics such as AI, Cybersecurity, Data, and related areas.
• Contribute to the development and continual improvement of training content and curriculum.
• Use online tools (especially Google Workspace and other digital platforms) to deliver smooth and interactive learning experiences.
• Provide clear explanations of technical concepts, ensuring accessibility for learners at various levels.
• Monitor learner progress and deliver constructive feedback.
• Collect and analyze learner feedback to enhance training sessions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to keep training relevant and forward-thinking.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to deliver a cohesive educational experience.
• Confidence and presence in delivering live online teaching sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an online trainer, instructor, or educator in technical subjects.
• Solid foundational knowledge in AI, Cybersecurity, and Data (generalist knowledge across multiple fields is a plus).
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and other eLearning platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and self-motivation.
• Passion for education and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to learn new topics and concepts quickly.
