Responsibilities:

• Strategize, implement, and manage processes to recruit, onboard, and engage with non-profit partners.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with current partners, acting as their main contact and ensuring unparalleled support.
• Scout and secure new partnership opportunities to broaden our non-profit network and enhance business growth.
• Coordinate collaborative marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and the creation of co-branded materials with partners.
• Assess and report on the performance of partnerships, offering insights and strategies for mutual growth.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align partnership activities with company goals.
• Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, the latest industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in non-profit partnership management, community outreach, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the eLearning industry and familiarity with the non-profit ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing and maintaining high-level partner relationships.
