Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns via
HubSpot
and LinkedIn.
Craft and run
personalized outreach email sequences
to engage US/NAM prospects.
Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and messaging to build strong connections with decision-makers.
Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and
schedule meetings
with C-level executives in the US/NAM region.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using HubSpot and other tools.
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and lead-gen strategies.

Requirements

Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in B2B lead generation.
Hands-on expertise with
HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns.
Strong track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings in the
US/North America market.
Excellent written communication skills with a knack for persuasive messaging.
Ability to work independently in a fully
remote environment.
Experience in staffing/recruiting or professional services industry is a plus.
