Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven

GSI Leader

to build and scale strategic relationships with our key GSI partners based out of Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to engage with top Global System Integrators to accelerate adoption of our AI-driven products and solutions across markets.
This role requires a deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem, AI and SaaS industry trends, and a proven ability to drive large-scale joint go-to-market initiatives and partner-led revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and help shape

    the GSI partnership strategy aligned with DevRev s overall business goals, focusing on scalable co-sell and co-build programs.
  • Engage and manage relationships

    with top-tier GSIs with significant presence in APJ, fostering executive-level alignment and operational execution.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives

    , including solution co-creation, sales enablement, joint pipeline development, and field-level collaboration.
  • Negotiate and structure global alliance agreements

    , ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes for both parties.
  • Work cross-functionally

    with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and legal teams to build joint offerings, marketing campaigns, and scalable partnership programs.
  • Enable GSIs to build practices

    around DevRev s AI offerings, including training, certifications, and joint delivery capabilities.
  • Establish governance models

    and regular business reviews with partners to track joint performance, resolve issues, and identify new areas of growth.
  • Represent DevRev

    at key partner and industry events, positioning our platform as a core enabler of enterprise AI transformation.
  • Monitor market trends

    , partner performance, and competitive dynamics to continually optimize strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, GSI partnerships, or business development roles within the SaaS, AI, or enterprise software industries.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global GSI relationships, with executive-level connections and influence.
  • Deep understanding of the global GSI landscape, operating models, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise AI trends, digital transformation initiatives, and the evolving partner ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence to lead complex, high-value partnerships across geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
  • Willingness to travel globally for partner engagement and business development.
