About the Role

Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-up:

  Call and follow up on inbound/outbound leads shared by the sales or marketing team.

• Client Communication:

  Explain our offerings and services clearly and confidently to potential clients.

• CRM Management:

  Maintain updated records of calls, lead status, and client interactions.

• Appointment Scheduling:

  Coordinate and schedule meetings for the field sales team.

• Support Sales Team:

  Collaborate with sales executives to ensure smooth handover and timely follow-up.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Preferred: 1–8 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and confident speaker
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a startup environment
