Job Summary:

Blazon Advertising and Media is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will play a key role in driving business growth. This position involves identifying, visiting, and engaging potential clients — mainly factories, industrial units, and businesses across Jaipur — to generate qualified leads for our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients in industrial and commercial areas of Jaipur.
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (field experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
• Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel extensively within Jaipur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
