It is an online channel management and sales acceleration agency focusing on marketplaces, D2C and social channel growth. Upriver works on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Jiomart, etc. in India and internationally, D2C websites, social media handles & creative services for all online channels. Upriver was formed by a team of best-in-class professionals from the retail and ecommerce sector, who envisioned the growth of the online channel and discovered the need to have a capable and specialist firm. Aligned with the needs of our clients. our service portfolio spreads from strategy creation to 360-degree execution support, ensuring complete ownership and responsibility of the online channel. We are online arm of our client's organization and our account managers remain fully accountable to our clients. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, cold calling etc. This role involves working closely with potential clients, pitching Upriver’s services, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities  Identify and approach potential clients to promote Upriver’s services.  Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, emails and other sales strategies.  Conduct calls, online meetings and presentations to explain how Upriver can help brands grow their eCommerce business.  Coordinate with internal teams and facilitate proposal sending and negotiations, leading to sales closure.  Create and manage a database of potential clients. Requirements  1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, cold calling etc.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Persistent and hardworking; not taking no for an answer.  Ability to build and maintain client relationships.  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to drive business growth.  Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.  Proficiency in tools like Lusha, Apollo etc.  Min Educational Qualification: Graduation Why Join Us?  Exciting opportunity to work with leading eCommerce brands.  Fast-growing company with career advancement opportunities.  Competitive salary package and incentives.  Work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
