Job Description

As a Lead Generation Associate at the company, your role involves identifying potential customers, nurturing relationships, and feeding qualified leads into the sales funnel to increase revenue opportunities and strengthen market reach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate leads to develop business from various sources such as Digital Campaigns, Exhibitions, and Roadshows. - Follow up daily to establish the right contact and understand customer requirements for all Danfoss Products. - Focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the fiscal year. - Make outbound calls to qualify and generate "HOT" leads. - Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls targeting the install base. - Schedule appointments with customers and salespersons for further development and closure of leads. - Collaborate with sales team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. - Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory. - Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and update the management on the status of all lead statuses. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of outbound call experience in Sales or Lead generation. - Knowledge of Selling Drives would be an added advantage. - Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. - Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory) with proficiency in other regional languages preferred. - Ability to manage time effectively. - Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
