As a Lead Generation specialist in the insurance sector, you will be responsible for conducting market research, sales prospecting, and data analysis to identify potential customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0.6 months to 5 years of experience in Lead Generation, specifically in telesales, inside sales, b2c sales, or voice process within the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and converting leads into sales. Candidates applying for this position must have a background in insurance sales and possess strong sales experience. Fluency in Gujarati and Tamil languages is mandatory to effectively communicate with customers in these regions.
