Lead Fullstack Engineer (ReactJS/NodeJS)

.This role is perfect for an experienced engineer passionate about building scalable, real-time data tools and analytics infrastructure. You will lead fullstack development initiatives, designing and implementing features across frontend and backend systems while ensuring secure, efficient data flows. The position offers exposure to modern web technologies and event-driven architectures, and allows collaboration with product, data, and DevOps teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, mentors peers, and actively contributes to architectural decisions, process improvements, and technology strategy. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain fullstack features using ReactJS, NodeJS, and TypeScript, following best practices for maintainable and scalable code
- Build and optimize real-time analytics and data infrastructure for high-performance applications
- Integrate APIs, manage databases, and ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data flows
- Participate in code reviews, write clean, well-tested code, and mentor junior engineers
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and implement CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose architectural and process improvements
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Experience working in product-based technology companies
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication, and authorization patterns
- Familiarity with data pipelines, event-driven systems, and analytics infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and testing frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and make architectural decisions
