Role Overview:
We are seeking a CPA-qualified professional to join as Lead Faculty for CPA Coaching, responsible for designing, delivering, and refining a world-class CPA prep program. The ideal candidate will blend academic expertise with strong communication skills, and be committed to guiding students toward success in the AICPA exams.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead Faculty Role:
o
Deliver engaging, exam-focused lectures for all 4 CPA sections – AUD, BEC, FAR, REG
o
Mentor students across live and recorded sessions (Hybrid mode)
o
Act as the academic face of our CPA program
•
Curriculum & Content:
o
Design a comprehensive curriculum aligned with AICPA blueprints
o
Build internal content: question banks, mock exams, notes, summary capsules
o
Collaborate with instructional designers for digital-first content delivery
•
Academic Excellence:
o
Track student progress and exam readiness through performance data
o
Organize doubt-clearing sessions, revision bootcamps, and exam simulations
o
Ensure high pass rates and strong academic feedback
•
Team Building:
o
Identify, recruit, and mentor part-time CPA faculties
o
Set academic delivery benchmarks for the CPA division
Requirements:
•
Mandatory:
o
Qualified CPA (US) with valid credential (license not mandatory)
o
3+ years of teaching experience (live classes, online platforms, or coaching institutes)
o
Deep familiarity with AICPA exam structure and syllabus
o
Excellent communication, presentation, and student-handling skills
•
Preferred:
o
Experience with Becker, Wiley, or other CPA materials
o
Prior experience in academic leadership or curriculum planning
o
Strong understanding of US GAAP, Taxation, Audit, and Financial Reporting
