Job Description

Oversee end-to-end management of the head office, ensuring it is efficient, well-maintained, and employee-friendly.
Act as the first point of contact for all office administration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage external vendor relationships and contracts; ensure service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facilities and travel processes; ensure adherence and audit readiness.
Manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the office.
Manage the travel desk for both domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and related support.
Support company events and gatherings from planning to execution.
Handle onboarding logistics, including preparation of joining kits and employee stationery.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments for smooth operational support.
What We re Looking For:
3 6 years of experience in facilities, office administration, vendor management, or travel management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and vendor/stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently with a solutions-driven mindset.
Experience in ensuring compliance and audit readiness is a plus.
Positive and approachable personality, with a focus on creating an engaging office environment.
