Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Greet and welcome tenants, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage visitor registrations and maintain accurate logs and records.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with various departments (security, housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure timely resolution of guest needs.
  • Provide information about the propertys facilities, services, and policies.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings within the property.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle telephone calls and emails, directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Support emergency response procedures and communicate effectively during incidents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedure
