Internal Labour compliance Ensuring Pan India compliance activity is completed under applicable labour laws. Complying with monthly data requirement of service provider for compliance activity. Monitoring of Labour compliance activities in line with monthly MIS. Monitoring of minimum wage norms followed within the organization. Maintaining financial report for services provider and BAGIC. Ensuring of compliance related to contract services providers. Branch Compliance Ensuring all Notices/Abstracts are displayed as required under applicable state laws. Ensuring any change during the year are displayed as per applicable state laws. SPOC for handling labour Inspection and notices and ensuring closure of the same. Coordination with local SPOC for requirement related to renewal/registration activity. Maintaining Branch compliance report for Pan India Branches. Ensuring required Compliance followed for New/Closed Branches. Compliance Audit Coordinating for compliance Audit data requirement. Ensuring closure of observations highlighted by Audit team Monthly review with service provider on the compliance activity. Inhouse audit for compliance service provider conducted by external agency. Adhering to new laws implemented by government. Internal Legal Compliance Supporting in employees’ cases related to fraud, WBC, complaints, disciplinary issues etc. and see them to conclusion following protocols Generate Show cause/warning/caution letters for employees when needed Handling of disciplinary inquiry as and when needed Issuance of various compliance letter to employee like NOC, Essential service letter etc. Coordination with corporate legal team with respect to notices and data requirement. Handing employee graveness queries. Employee complete Lifecycle Onboarding to Offboarding process Ensuring employee onboarding process, TAT and following the SOPs Ensuring employee data is updated with respect to transfers, change in location and resignations & collaborate with zonal HR to ensure the centralized system is updated with the change Ensuring all changes are updated to the payroll team e.g. CCA, joining bonus, special allowance etc Generate employee letters for changes in location, role, CCA, experience, CAP letters, appointment letters and address escalations if any Ensuing employee offboarding process, TAT and following the SOPs Maintenance of SAP SF masters Ensuring Payroll inputs are updated, and TAT is followed Show more Show less
