Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Craft business proposals and contracts to attract new clients and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Feedback Implementation: Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve products and services.
  • Resoure Management: Collaborating with project managers, department heads and stakeholders to understand resource requirements.

Work Experience

  • Education: A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Min 5+ years of experince is required for the role & extensive sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
