Title: Lead Engineer Backend (Python)

Required Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/MCA

Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Objective:

As a Back End Engineer enable high scale, reliable, high performance applications for solving customer needs.

As Lead engineer, you will:

1. Be responsible for high end product development and own scalable and high-traffic software applications with continuous upgrading and building new technology skills used by millions of users worldwide.
2. Be responsible for coding, documenting and maintaining web applications in a fast paced project environment.
3. Ownership for complex modules design and delivery
4. Align closely with Technical architects for developing better product design and evolving the current architecture.
5. Explore platforms, technologies, approaches for achieving greater efficiencies and synergies - test pilot projects for proof of concept.
6. Mentor people on work, functionally review the code & design and analyze technical training needs.
7. Contribute to Tech blogs and white papers within work area; participate in events as speaker and drive innovation agenda.
8. Work on complex design patterns and architecture of the products.
9. Participate in system coding including formal code review and provide feedback on structure, maintainability and quality of code.
10. Enforce best practices in area of security, performance and load, scalability, usability, and support of system

Required Skills:

1. Hands on of experience on Python with Django/Flask/Fast API for building scalable REST APIs.
2. Hands-on experience with messaging queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
3. Practical experience working with caching systems like Redis, Aerospike, Memcache or similar technologies.
4. Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills with a solid understanding of
5. Object Oriented Design principles.
6. Hands on experience in micro service architectural design and should have a proven track record in implementing best practices around coding, design, quality in team.
7. Experience with Elastic search or Neo4j is a plus.
8. Should have good knowledge of design patterns while building scalable web products.
9. Ability to learn/iterate quickly in an agile environment owning technical stack with nascent codebase and developer tools.
10. Must possess a passion for delivery-focused development, and overcoming challenges through teamwork and self-motivation

Desired Skills:

1. Good to have experience in Integration of LLMs and Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like
2. LangChain, LangGraph.
3. Good to have experience popular data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn,
4. TensorFlow, Keras).
5. Knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing.
6. Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.
7. Good knowledge of DevOps tooling like docker, kubernetes, ansible/chef, AWS.
8. Influence others to accept complete solutions and is seen as a subject-matter expertise
9. Strong understanding of technical architecture, frameworks/guidelines/standards,
10. programming language, database and web protocols.
