Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Business process analysis to identify automation needs
Business requirement gathering and documentation for automation
Support IT project delivery activities like planning, testing, UAT, training, go-live etc.
Support maintenance, troubleshooting, operations of SAP ERP modules and enterprise applications
Communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholdersincluding business users, IT teams, vendors etc. throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze information, data, and processes to identify issues, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

BTech (Computers / Electronics / Electrical)
Knowledge of end-to-end Business processes
Functional and technical knowledge of SAP ERP modules PM, MM, PS
Knowledge of enterprise applications
Project and change management
Knowledge and practical experience in using project management and business analysis tools
Knowledge of Software development Agile Framework
Analytical thinking
Communication and interpersonal skills
Documentation skills

Vendor management skills
