Job Description

Change Management Leadership:
Own and lead the Change Management process, ensuring all changes are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal disruption.
Release Planning & Coordination:
Manage release schedules across multiple platforms and teams, coordinating with development, testing, and operations to ensure successful deployments.
Process Governance & Improvement:
Continuously improve Change & Release processes, aligning with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.
Risk & Impact Analysis:
Evaluate change requests for potential risks and impacts, ensuring proper mitigation strategies are in place.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Owners, Product Owners, and Technical Leads, to ensure alignment and transparency.
Tooling & Automation:
Drive the adoption of automation tools and CI/CD practices to streamline release cycles and reduce manual effort.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure all changes and releases comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining audit readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in Change and Release Management within a complex IT environment.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (certification preferred).
Experience with ServiceNow.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
