Summary of Role

As our Principal Release Manager, you are the single point of ownership for the entire release lifecycle of Execos multi-product, multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will be the central hub, collaborating across global engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to plan, execute, and govern the release of our cutting-edge AI solutions. Your mission is to ensure our innovation reaches thousands of enterprise customers with velocity, reliability, and precision.

Your Impact What Youll Do

Orchestrate the Global Release Symphony : You wont just own the release calendar; youll architect it. Youll be the primary point of contact, aligning global engineering, product, and AI research teams to ensure a predictable and seamless flow of innovation.

Be the Go/No-Go Decision Maker : From CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to complex blue-green and canary deployments, youll provide the critical oversight and governance, making the final "go/no-go" call to ship code to production.

Master Multi-Tenant Deployment : Youll design and manage sophisticated, staged roll-outs across our global, multi-tenant SaaS environment, using feature flags and pilot programs to deliver value to enterprise customers with precision and zero disruption.

Drive a Culture of Reliability Speed : Move beyond just tracking releases. Youll analyze key metrics (deployment frequency, MTTR, change failure rate) to lead retrospectives and drive systemic improvements, making our entire engineering organization faster and more resilient.

Champion Clear Communication : You will be the voice of the release, translating complex technical deployments into clear, impactful communications for both internal stakeholders and external enterprise customers.

You have deep, battle-tested experience (8-10+ years) in Release Management, specifically owning the end-to-end process for a complex, multi-product SaaS platform.

You are technically fluent, with a strong understanding of modern DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines (especially Azure DevOps), and sophisticated deployment strategies (like blue-green and canary).

Youre a master of managing complex dependencies and aligning diverse stakeholders (from leadership to engineering) across different time zones.

You are data-driven, comfortable using monitoring tools (like App Insights) and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

You are a world-class communicator and planner, capable of managing risk, tracking complex plans, and instilling confidence in every release.

Youve likely already navigated the complexities of multi-tenant environments and large-scale enterprise customer coordination (this is a major plus!).
