Release Manager

As a Release Management Specialist at Claidroid Technologies, you will play a vital role in orchestrating and optimizing release cycles for mission-critical systems in the insurance domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and managing complex release pipelines in a fast-paced DevOps environment. - Collaborating with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth transitions between non-production and production environments. - Planning and orchestrating production implementations, mitigating risks, and resolving post-release issues. - Continuously identifying process improvements through automation, tooling upgrades, and roadmap contributions. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-12 years of Release Management experience, preferably in a DevOps context. - Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Git, Azure Portal, AKS, and Mulesoft. - Familiarity with observability and service tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. - Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimsCenter and the insurance domain is a strong advantage. - Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and IT infrastructure environments. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Confidence in managing multiple priorities with an international, cross-functional team.
