Job Overview Job Title: Lead Dynamics CRM Developer with PowerApps Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level business applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE), strong development capabilities, and leadership qualities to guide a team of developers and collaborate with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Build model-driven and canvas apps using PowerApps, along with workflows and automations via Power Automate. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable CRM solutions. Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations using .NET, C#, and JavaScript. Work with data migration, security roles, form scripting, business rules, and process flows. Lead code reviews, ensure coding standards and best practices, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand functional requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize performance. Maintain documentation related to architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and provide recommendations for system enhancements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 CE / Online / On-Premises). Hands-on experience in PowerApps (Canvas Model-Driven) , Power Automate , and Dataverse . Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/OData APIs. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with ALM processes and tools for managing Power Platform environments. Solid understanding of CRM customization, workflows, business rules, and form scripting. Solid understanding of integrations like click dimension, True dialogue etc. Familiarity with the Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, MB-600) are a strong plus. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in customer service/sales modules and integrations with external systems. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
