Role Overview

Lead Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the

  visual identity

  of Primebook across platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to produce

  campaign creatives

  ,

  packaging mockups

  ,

  digital ads

  ,

  video content

  , and

  motion pieces

  .
• Bring stories to life through

  motion graphics

  and

  animated explainers

  .
• Experiment with

  AI-based creative tools

  (image/video generation, voiceovers, etc.) to push creative boundaries.
• Manage creative timelines and deliver high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments.
• Inspire and guide junior designers/interns as the team grows.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Apply if you have these:

• 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, animation, and video production.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), AI-powered design tools, and 3D/animation software.
• Prior experience in creative agencies or startups is a big advantage.
• Any awards, recognitions, or published work in design competitions will be a plus.
• Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling through design.
• You have a
