• Manage & mentor and guide a small team across multiple concurrent projects and troubleshoot the most complex data science issues
• Drive AI/ML strategy and architecture design for enterprise-level initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of LLM, GenAI, and RAG-based automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance, scalability, and reproducibility of data science workflows.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• LangChain, RAG, Optimization frameworks
• MLOps tools, Cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Pharma, or related field
• Master’s or PhD preferred
• 6–10+ years of AI/ML experience with 2+ in leadership Behavioral Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging AI/ML trends
• Focus on delivering measurable business impact
