Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Lead Data Engineer to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in PySpark, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Power BI, and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions. You will play a critical role in data architecture, pipeline development, and data governance across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and PySpark
  • Develop scalable data solutions and workflows within Azure Databricks
  • Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data manipulation and transformation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Ensure best practices in data security, data governance, and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality code and scalable architecture
  • Monitor data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience with :
  • PySpark
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Databricks
  • SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and modern data architecture
  • Experience in handling large-scale structured and semi-structured data sets

Good To Have

  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric for integrated analytics and automation
  • Knowledge of data security, data governance, and privacy frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices in data engineering environments.
