AI/ML Engineer

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Experience Required: 3–4 Years Location: Indore-Onsite Department: Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Reports To: CTO / Head of AI About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in industrial automation , computer vision , LLM-based applications , and be proficient in modern AI tools such as LangChain , LangGraph , Vision Transformers , and AWS SageMaker MLOps . Experience in multi-agent chat systems and RAG architectures is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, train, and deploy ML models for industrial automation using OpenCV and deep learning. Develop multi-agent chat applications with LLMs, React-based agents, and contextual memory. Implement Vision Transformers (ViTs) for advanced computer vision tasks. Build intelligent conversational systems using LangChain , LangGraph , RAG , and vector databases. Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific enterprise applications. Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate React-based UIs with AI backends. Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2) . Maintain performance, scalability, and reliability in production-grade AI systems. Required Skills: 3–4 years of AI/ML engineering experience with a focus on real-world applications. Strong command of Python , and libraries like PyTorch , TensorFlow , Scikit-learn . In-depth knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), prompt engineering , and fine-tuning . Proficiency in LangChain , LangGraph , and RAG-based architectures . Experience with Vision Transformers , YOLO , Detectron2 , and related CV tools. Ability to build and connect intelligent UIs using React + backend AI systems . Hands-on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3). Familiarity with CI/CD workflows for ML models and production deployments. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to edge AI , NVIDIA Jetson , or industrial IoT integrations . Experience building AI-powered chatbots with memory and tool integrations . Working knowledge of Docker , MLflow , or DVC for model versioning and containerization.
