Join Danfoss, a global leader in engineering solutions, as a Lead Data Consultant within our Data, Analytics, and Incubation team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the team, driving strategic data initiatives, and ensuring Danfoss is equipped for future data advancements.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the data team, overseeing and performing data release executions, including cleansing and migration activities.
- Act as a pivotal position between functional process experts, technical migration resources, and local business, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Design and architect data solutions combining process, business, and data understanding, while driving strategic direction.
- Manage and optimize data flow and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Implement and uphold data governance frameworks, driving strategic growth.
- Continuously stay updated on emerging data technologies like BI, AI, and DataBricks, applying them to optimize operations and applications.
- Drive future preparedness by ensuring data solutions are scalable and adaptable to future growth.
Background & Skills
Must-Have:
- Masters Degree or Engineering Degree with E2E business process knowledge.
- 10+ years as a SAP consultant or in related systems.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working on multiple SAP-ERP Projects.
- Deep exposure to data objects from modules like MM, PP, SD, SM, WM, QM, and FICO.
- SAP Data migration experience with tools like BODS, LMSW, Migration Cockpit.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Preferred:
- Business Analytic intelligence.
- Understanding of IT landscapes such as CRM, PLM, ERP, MES, MDG, GTS.
- Artificial intelligence understanding.
