Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team at Target Corporation India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement data models and algorithms to analyze complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
Design and execute data-driven experiments to test hypotheses and validate results.

Job Requirements

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, with experience in developing scalable solutions.
