Lead Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead analysts/researchers in the report building process and own report delivery
• Understand and articulate the business requirement and frame storylines
• Draw up data requirements/availability, data acquisition and data analysis plans
• Devise survey questionnaires (Quantitative & Depth Interviews)
• Data preparation, data meshing from multiple sources (quantitative and qualitative)
• Data Analysis in line with project requirements
• Client presentations and interactions pre and post-delivery of the report
• Report editing, fine-finishing, and QC before final delivery

Preferred candidate profile:

• Predictive statistical skills
• Good verbal communication and lateral thinking
• Broad knowledge of economics, marketing and talent management.

Must have:

• Good team work and people leading skills
• Good data analytics skills (R, python and advanced excel)
• Problem solving skills (business understanding, business literature)
• Good presentation and written + verbal (especially online) communication skills.
