Role & responsibilities: Lead analysts/researchers in the report building process and own report delivery Understand and articulate the business requirement and frame storylines Draw up data requirements/availability, data acquisition and data analysis plans Devise survey questionnaires (Quantitative & Depth Interviews) Data preparation, data meshing from multiple sources (quantitative and qualitative) Data Analysis in line with project requirements Client presentations and interactions pre and post-delivery of the report Report editing, fine-finishing, and QC before final delivery Preferred candidate profile: Predictive statistical skills Good verbal communication and lateral thinking Broad knowledge of economics, marketing and talent management. Must have: Good team work and people leading skills Good data analytics skills (R, python and advanced excel) Problem solving skills (business understanding, business literature) Good presentation and written + verbal (especially online) communication skills.
