Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on turning qualified leads into paying customers by building trust, understanding client needs, and offering tailored IT/software solutions. Candidates with prior experience in the IT industry or working with technology-driven clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Nurture and convert leads into long-term customers by building strong relationships.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, demos, and product/service presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales conversion cycle from initial interest to closure.
  • Track and analyze conversion metrics (response rates, follow-ups, win/loss ratio).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead nurturing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline progress and conversion performance.
  • Continuously explore new ways to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in lead conversion, inside sales, or business development.
  • Prior experience in an IT company or handling IT/software domain clients is preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and outreach platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
