We Are Hiring – Lead Conversion Specialist / Sales Executive

Location: Raipur Experience: Minimum 2 years in a service-based company (digital marketing/IT/advertising preferred)

About Us: We are a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and web development. We are looking for an experienced professional who can convert inbound leads from our ad campaigns into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Build trust, handle objections, and close deals.

• Maintain relationships with prospects until conversion.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/conversion roles in a service-based company.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in digital marketing sales will be an advantage.
