Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendment, and renewal in line with business and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, procurement, operations, and senior leadership to capture business needs and risk perspectives in contract documents.
Develop and maintain contract templates, guidelines, and best practices to standardize processes and promote efficiency.
Conduct comparative analysis of proposals, quotations, and tenders to ensure selection of appropriate suppliers and service providers.
Manage rate evaluation and market benchmarking activities for materials, services, and technologies pertinent to the retail domain.
Negotiate contractual terms that offer business advantage while protecting company interests, ensuring favorable outcomes in all engagements.
Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, timely delivery, and resolution of disputes.
