We are looking for a skilled
OpenText Technical Support & Configuration Specialist
to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of OpenText within our HR IT landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenText solutions, experience in HR document management, and the ability to troubleshoot and configure the system to ensure seamless operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Integration: Support the deployment of OpenText for HR document management, integrating it with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- System Configuration: Configure OpenText solutions to meet business needs, including workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support, analyze issues, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.
- User Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and support end-users by addressing technical queries and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in OpenText implementation, configuration, and support.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, or similar OpenText modules.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and their document management integration.
- SAP Integration: Experience with APIs, Boomi, SAP CPI, or other middleware solutions is a plus.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving system issues.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (German is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in OpenText or SAP-related technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based document management systems.
- Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
- Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
