Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform/PowerApps Developer and Support In this role, The Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes requirements, development of test scenarios and end to end testing of automation solutions Responsibilities: Development on Power platform for Enhancements Incident Management for issues to be reported Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3) Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization Update incident management tool with required details Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required Work on Change requests during idle time Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains: Power Automate Power Apps (Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse) Security and Roles, Deployment strategies, Design Concept, Accessibility, Power Page Type script, Java Script PowerBI, Licensing, Basic programming languages Eg. Java, .Net, Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Certifications Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur) 100% from Genpact office / Client ODC Qualifications we seek in you!
