Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform/PowerApps Developer and Support In this role, The Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes requirements, development of test scenarios and end to end testing of automation solutions Responsibilities: . Development on Power platform for Enhancements . Incident Management for issues to be reported . Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3) . Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents . Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary . Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization . Update incident management tool with required details . Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required . Work on Change requests during idle time . Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains: - Power Automate - Power Apps (Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse) - Security and Roles, Deployment strategies, Design Concept, Accessibility, Power Page - Type script, Java Script PowerBI, Licensing, Basic programming languages Eg. Java, .Net, Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) - Certifications . Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur) . 100% from Genpact office / Client ODC Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos/Master&rsquos degree in Computer Applications . Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform . Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script / PCF . Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients Preferred qualifications . Experience in IT / ITSM project .
