Lead Client Onboarding

To work with the Client Onboarding team to support the coordination of onboarding and offboarding for EMEA Institutional clients supported by Client Change, Product and Client Services Ops.
Working with teams at the client, internally and at external service providers ensure the accurate execution of such events in a timely fashion.

• Attend activity pipeline meetings with Client Onboarding, Client Change, Client Services and Client Management teams to understand up-coming client activity
• Work with Client Management to get a full understanding of the client’s requirement
• Identify and coordinate all internal stakeholders and external suppliers involved in each event
• Monitor and process onboarding Pooled LDI and/or OEIC Institutional clients, or termination of these clients, co-ordinating with Client Management, CTI operations and Client Services and completing the administration for these activities to ensure the details are captured correctly and the activities are successfully completed in a timely manner
• Provide clear and concise communication throughout the lifecycle of the events and ensure the relevant actions are completed for timely delivery
• Build relationships around the organisation e.g. Client Management, Client Change, Global Fund Services, Legal, Investment Ops, Data Management, GOIS Operations and Investment Desks to facilitate the smooth execution of client events
• Identify, agree and implement improvements to the Onboarding/change processes whilst, ensuring existing procedures and checklists are adhered to and completed
• Work with the Client Services team to ensure a clean handover of clients within the team
