Job Description

Role Overview: You will work with the Client Onboarding team to support the coordination of onboarding and offboarding for EMEA Institutional clients supported by Client Change, Product and Client Services Ops. Your main responsibilities will include attending activity pipeline meetings with various teams, understanding client requirements, coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers, monitoring and processing onboarding activities, providing clear communication throughout the events, building relationships within the organization, identifying improvements to processes, and ensuring a smooth handover of clients within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Attend activity pipeline meetings with Client Onboarding, Client Change, Client Services, and Client Management teams - Work with Client Management to understand client requirements - Identify and coordinate all internal stakeholders and external suppliers involved in each event - Monitor and process onboarding activities for Institutional clients, coordinating with various teams and completing necessary administration - Provide clear and concise communication throughout the lifecycle of events - Build relationships with various departments within the organization to facilitate the smooth execution of client events - Identify, agree, and implement improvements to the onboarding/change processes while ensuring adherence to existing procedures and checklists - Work with the Client Services team to ensure a clean handover of clients within the team Qualifications Required: - Experience working in client onboarding or a related field - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Attention to detail and ability to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks About Our Company: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, helping clients plan and achieve their financial objectives.
