Lead Client Onboarding

You will work with the Client Onboarding team to support the coordination of onboarding and offboarding for EMEA Institutional clients supported by Client Change, Product and Client Services Ops. Your responsibilities will include: - Attending activity pipeline meetings with Client Onboarding, Client Change, Client Services, and Client Management teams to understand upcoming client activity - Working with Client Management to fully understand the clients" requirements - Identifying and coordinating all internal stakeholders and external suppliers involved in each event - Monitoring and processing onboarding Pooled LDI and/or OEIC Institutional clients, or termination of these clients, coordinating with Client Management, CTI operations, and Client Services, and completing the administration for these activities to ensure accurate details and successful completion in a timely manner - Providing clear and concise communication throughout the lifecycle of the events and ensuring relevant actions are completed for timely delivery - Building relationships with various teams within the organization to facilitate the smooth execution of client events - Identifying, agreeing, and implementing improvements to the Onboarding/change processes while ensuring adherence to existing procedures and checklists - Working with the Client Services team to ensure a clean handover of clients within the team Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years to help clients plan and achieve their financial objectives.
