Be the torch bearer for companies Vision, Mission and Values
Lead all marketing and revenue growth and BD initiatives for the region/city
Ensure SOP adherence for Cloud Kitchens and ensure the Unit level team follows the same.
Ensure best in class Consumer Experience by Monitoring Consumer complaints on a daily basis to ensure it is within set targets.
Identify the process improvement opportunities and implement them for delivering better and faster output.
Conduct regular Food Safety audits and ensure all Quality, SOP, Shelf life and hygiene practices and financial audits are followed
Lead a local team that will help you execute operations on ground. Train, coach and motivate them to ensure service delivery objectives are met
Continuously improve the customer experience through greater availability, decreased delivery times, and minimized costs.
Monitor metrics, and ensure high-quality experiences on the system to provide the most reliable food delivery service in the City.
Work closely with the Central Team to actively improve our delivery partners experience on the platform, set up the logistics and infrastructure required in each location.

Financial and P&L Management Responsible for City PnL.

You will own the P&L of multiple outlets and manage the critical growth and performance metrics of both the business and people
Execute plans to ensure achievement of AOP (Annual Operations Plan) target.
Conduct meetings with Unit Manager to monitor unit level performance.
Take corrective action if required. Identify ways to reduce costs at Unit level (cash purchases indent without forecast avoid excess manpower wastage etc.)
Cross check inventory (Good received Purchase order transfer order etc.) on regular interval to minimize spillage and ensure avoiding holding excess stock.
Verify the expenses data sent by the Unit manager to the finance team.
