Lead Business Systems Analyst

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Zendesk, you will play a crucial role in partnering closely with the Go-To-Market Operations and Professional Services teams to lead key initiatives from discovery to implementation. Your expertise in Salesforce will be essential in successfully implementing SaaS solutions and driving the organization forward. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the Go-To-Market Operations teams to lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of major projects on the Salesforce.com platform and Salesforce CPQ, as well as other related SaaS systems. - Manage a project portfolio focused on launching new products and developing solutions for the sales organization. - Collaborate cross-functionally with a global team of technical developers, IT application owners, and business partners. - Utilize a mix of standard functionality and custom development to solve business problems through declarative development. - Implement and integrate third-party applications on the Salesforce platform and standalone SaaS applications. - Ensure accurate testing of all solutions before deployment, including facilitating User Acceptance Testing with business partners. - Explore opportunities to work within the Zendesk infrastructure & products, as well as the outstanding application stack. - Engage in integration between Salesforce and Zuora using Workato middleware. - Improve renewals processes with the Renewals Team and conduct Root Cause Analysis for issues in Production. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of Salesforce.com analyst experience. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). - Hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. - Experience managing systems to support enterprise sales organizations. - Proficiency with DataLoader, Workbench.io, and MS Excel for data manipulation. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or a similar CPQ system. - Knowledge of integration between Salesforce and 3rd party systems using middleware. **Additional Company Details:** Zendesk, the intelligent heart of customer experience, offers a fulfilling and inclusive experience for its employees.
